Article 1 (Purpose)

1. Carakel (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") to protect the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") of individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "Individuals") using the services provided by the Company, namely ProfileShop (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Service"), and to handle complaints related to the protection of personal information promptly and smoothly in compliance with relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Information and Communications Network Act").

Collected personal information may be provided to third parties only with the User’s consent. However, if required by law, the Company may provide personal information to third parties without prior consent.

1. The Company discloses this Policy so that Users can easily access it at any time, either on the Company’s login home screen or a linked screen.
2. The Company makes the Policy easily identifiable using font size, colors, etc.

1. This Policy may be amended due to changes in laws, guidelines, government policies, or the Company's service policies and content.

2. In such cases, the Company will notify Users using one or more of the following methods:

   a. Notice on the Company’s website or via a separate popup window

   b. Notice via written document, fax, email, or similar means

3. Such notice will be made at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the revised Policy. If changes significantly affect Users' rights, the notice will be made at least 30 days in advance.

   a. Required: Name, nickname, date of birth, and mobile phone number

   b. Optional: Profile image
